We are going to regularly publish any differences between the current situation and information provided in Bratislava Audio Tour. Any temporary or seasonal change which has not been reflected in the audio tour yet will be highlighted in this article.

2) Castle
The Bratislava Castle undergoes the serious reconstruction and has been closed for public!

It is not possible to visit the castle museum in its original premises and the inner courtyard with the well. Having said this, the view from the castle hill remains the only reason to visit locations covered in the first two tracks of our tour. Museum exhibitions are moved away from the castle to the adjacent buildings. You still can listen them to know more about Bratislava though :-)

5) Inside the Saint Martin's Cathedral
Entrance fee is now required for going inside the cathedral for all days excluding Sundays.

6) Bird Fountain
The bird fountain is a fountain only partially. Water sprinkles only from the bottom reservoir this summer season. An upper "bird" reservoir is dry.

8) Main Square
Set-up of the Main Square is changing quite frequently in order to accommodate various events over the year (concerts, feasts, Christmas markets).
In these summer months 2008, the Donor benches are temporarily replaced with the souvenir stands. 

9) Old Town Hall 

After September 15, 2008, the reconstruction of Old Town Hall starts so it will not be possible to pass through the Town Hall courtyard to the next audio point- Primatial square. No problem for our route- you can use a parallel lane between Old Town Hall and Jesuit church (both buildings are discussed in this audiopoint.
